Since 1979 Alis – Casa Rinaldi is specialized in the production, selection and distribution of Italian excellences in the condiments sector and a range of food products including pasta, rice, vegetable preserves and sauces.
Over the years, the Modena-based company has built a complete offer, creating a portfolio of over 1000 products and affirming its presence in over 110 countries around the world. Alis currently owns 3 production plants in Italy and 4 overseas offices in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Hungary.
Alis Srl is the Food Division of the Rinaldi Group, a Modena holding company with a turnover of over 600 million euros and interests in over 60 Italian and foreign businesses.
Born from the passion for traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena
Casa Rinaldi owes its name to the 1888 building that houses the ancient vinegar factory of the Rinaldi family; a place where time seems to have stopped: here, in various batteries made up of forty ancient and precious barrels dating back to the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, the precious black gold of Modena still comes to life today. It is precisely here that our history and our mission were born: to bring the best Italian foodproducts to tables all over the world, promoting
typical regional specialties often unavailable in large foreign commercial circuits.
